Tribal Development in India - How is This Possible with India Tribal Care Trust?

We all know that there are people who belong to the tribal community. These tribal people are far away from the hustle-bustle of the city and these civilized communities. But how are they living? What are they getting to sustain their livelihood? Do we bother about them really? No, unfortunately, we do not get enough time to think about tribal people and their development. Not only time, mostly we do not even remember these people and consider them as a part of this society.

But there are people in our society who dedicate their lives to these tribal people while working for them. People are still there who choose to work for tribal people's development. India Tribal Care Trust (ITCT) is one of them. ITCT is a Charitable trust for tribal upliftment in India that has been working for the upliftment of tribal communities.

So how does ITCT work for these communities? Well, even if it seems not so easy to develop these tribal communities ITCT people think it is not so hard even. Through some projects in areas like West Bengal, Assam, Jharkhand, Tripura India Tribal care Trust are doing some great work for tribals. Like, providing basic level education to the tribal children, offering scholarships to meritorious students, establishing hostels, pathsalas, mid-day meal system etc help tribal people to get some advantage.

Also, facilities like health care that includes free medical camps, first-aid kits, homeopathy treatment etc bring some healthy touch to these tribal communities. Tribal people are hardly exposed to civilized communities and hence receive no proper health care or education or anything else. NGOs like ITCT help them to get the basic things. Also, projects and initiatives for pure and safe drinking water supply to the tribal people are being taken by the Tribal welfare trust in Kolkata, India Tribal care Trust.
